Sistema web para la gestión de la información del proceso de inversiones constructivas en Copextel S.A .

Abstract

La inversión es una actividad económica que conlleva riesgos e implica tiempo, cuya finalidad es lograr un beneficio en un tiempo dado. El proceso inversionista requiere de un plan de acción donde se definen objetivos y recursos que aseguren obtener ganancias en el plazo estimado. Cuba, bajo regulaciones jurídicas que responden al desarrollo socioeconómico y político del país, también trabaja en la esfera inversionista. En la Corporación Copextel S.A, su dirección de inversiones tiene como misión integrar las actividades que se realizan en el proceso inversionista constructivo. Actualmente este proceso se realiza con un limitado uso de la infraestructura tecnológica para la gestión de la información; la pérdida de información impresa y en formato duro, la modificación de elementos en el trabajo de manera digital por terceras personas sin conocimiento previo y la falta de información en tiempo real por la demora en la comunicación, son alguno de los problemas que presenta la empresa. En la presente investigación se tiene como objetivo general desarrollar un sistema web para la gestión de la información del proceso de inversiones constructivas de la empresa Copextel S.A. Guiado por la metodología AUP-UCI en su Escenario No. 4 fueron definidos los artefactos de ingeniería requeridos, se seleccionó el ambiente de desarrollo que garantizará la obtención de un producto de calidad; el estudio de sistemas homólogos y consultas realizadas a los especialistas en inversiones constructivas, permitió identificar los elementos esenciales del sistema propuesto para que respondiera a las necesidades de la Dirección de Inversiones.

Cuba, under legal regulations that respond to the socioeconomic and political development of the country, also works in the investment sphere. At Corporation Copextel S.A, its investment management has the mission of integrating the activities carried out in the constructive investment process. Currently this process is carried out with limited use of the technological infrastructure for information management; The loss of printed information in hard format, the modification of elements in the work digitally by third parties without prior knowledge and the lack of information in real time due to the delay in communication, are some of the problems that the company presents. The general objective of this research is to develop a web system for information management of the constructive investment process of the company Copextel S.A. Guided by the AUP-UCI methodology in its Scenario No. 4, the required engineering artifacts were defined, the development environment that will guarantee obtaining a quality product was selected; The study of homologous systems and consultations with specialists in construction investments made it possible to identify the essential elements of the proposed system so that it would respond to the needs of the Investment Department.
