Aplicación móvil informativa de entidades que brindan servicios jurídicos en Cuba para dispositivos móviles con sistema operativo Android.

Abstract

A nivel global, la demanda de servicios jurídicos procede tanto de empresas y organizaciones, como de personas naturales y jurídicas. Los servicios jurídicos son brindados en Cuba por diferentes entidades de aquellas que integran el llamado sector jurídico, a saber: Organización Nacional de Bufetes Colectivos, Consultorías Jurídicas, Oficinas Registrales y otras. Actualmente, para la consulta de información básica de estas entidades, es necesario acceder a sus respectivos sitios web o consultando las Páginas Amarillas de los Directorios Telefónicos, limitando el área de acceso a la información. El objetivo de la investigación es desarrollar una aplicación que garantice la centralización y portabilidad de la información referente a estas Entidades Jurídicas desde dispositivos móviles con sistema operativo Android. Para ello se realizó un análisis de las Entidades Jurídicas cubanas, identificando las características fundamentales que debía tener la herramienta. También se estudiaron aplicaciones Android que brindaban información asociada a las Entidades Jurídicas de diferentes países. Se identificaron y describieron las Historias de Usuario, el Plan de Iteraciones y el Plan de Entrega, proporcionando el punto de partida para las actividades de implementación. Posteriormente se implementó la aplicación posibilitando la portabilidad y centralización de la información referente a estas Entidades. Se realizaron pruebas para validar el correcto funcionamiento de la herramienta corrigiendo los errores detectados. Como resultado se obtuvo la aplicación Callejero Jurídico que permite el acceso a la información de las entidades cubanas que brindan servicios jurídicos y la localización de estas en mapas offline desde un dispositivo móvil con SO Android.

At a global level, the demand for legal services comes from companies and organizations, as well as natural and legal persons. Legal services are provided in Cuba by different entities of those that make up the so-called legal sector, namely: National Organization of Collective Law Firms, Legal Consulting, Registry Offices and others. Currently, for the consultation of basic information of these entities, it is necessary to access their respective websites or by consulting the Yellow Pages of the Telephone Directories, limiting the area of access to information. The objective of the research is to develop an application that guarantees the centralization and portability of the information referring to these Legal Entities from mobile devices with Android operating system. For this, an analysis of the Cuban Legal Entities was carried out, identifying the fundamental characteristics that the tool should have. Android applications that provided information associated with the Legal Entities of different countries were also studied. The User Stories, the Iterations Plan and the Delivery Plan were identified and described, providing the starting point for the implementation activities. Subsequently, the application was implemented, making possible the portability and centralization of information regarding these Entities. Tests were performed to validate the correct functioning of the tool correcting the detected errors. As a result, the Legal Street Map application was obtained that allows access to the information of Cuban entities that provide legal services and the location of these in offline maps from a mobile device with Android SO.
