Perspective of electronic commerce and electronic contracting in Cuba. Narrative review of the theoretical-practical productions

Abstract

The approach to electronic commerce and contracting emerged in the 1980s and is currently a topic widely discussed for its importance and benefits it brings to modern societies. The present work constitutes a narrative review around the subject at an international level and its application in Cuba and forms part of the theoretical framework of the subject of the master’s degree of the author of this work. The bibliographic databases consulted were academic Google, Dialnet, SciELO. Among the inclusion criteria, the priority was that they were original documents and that they were available in full text format.
