Cuba frente al Big Data y la Inteligencia Artificial. Estrategia de enfrentamiento.

Abstract

La investigación se dirige a realizar una exploración sobre el uso engañoso del Big Data y la Inteligencia Artificial en el mundo contemporáneo, a la vez que se enuncian algunas de las acciones que se desarrollan contra Cuba, a partir de los resultados que ofrecen ambas herramientas en el análisis de datos sobre intereses y gustos de la población, en respuesta a los intereses de los grandes emporios tecnológicos. La investigación está sustentada en los métodos de investigación científica histórico-lógico, el sistémico y se realizó una exhaustiva revisión bibliográfica, que permite la identificación de los elementos que hoy constituyen instrumentos de desestabilización política para América Latina y el Caribe, con particularidad en Cuba. Como resultado se ofrece una estrategia alternativa para Cuba, de ante el uso maligno del BD y la IA.

The research is aimed at conducting an exploration on the misleading use of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence in the contemporary world, while at the same time nunciating some of the actions that are developed against Cuba, based on the results offered by both tools in the analysis of data on the interests and tastes of the population, in response to the interests of the large technological emporiums. The research is supported by historical-logical and systemic scientific research methods and an exhaustive bibliographic review was carried out, which allows the identification of the elements that today constitute instruments of political destabilization for Latin America and the Caribbean, particularly in Cuba. As a result, an alternative strategy is offered for Cuba, in the face of the malignant use of BD and AI.
