Sistema de Reservación de Locales Docentes en la Facultad 1

Abstract

La reservación de locales docentes en la Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas es una de las actividades fundamentales en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Los locales docentes son utilizados para disímiles actividades de tipo docentes y extracurriculares. Por ello se desarrolla en la Facultad 1, un sistema que sea capaz de gestionar las reservaciones de estos, que tenga en cuenta sus características y las actividades a desarrollar en los mismos. En el desarrollo del sistema de reservación de locales docentes se utiliza la metodología XP para guiar el proceso de desarrollo de software durante sus diferentes fases. Como resultado se obtuvo un sistema informático capaz de gestionar las reservaciones de los locales docentes y que además permite al usuario consultar las características tecnológicas de cada uno. De esta forma se evita que coincidan reservaciones para un mismo local de diferentes actividades a la misma hora. El sistema fue validado aplicándole pruebas de caja negra. El resultado de las pruebas realizadas mostró el buen funcionamiento del sistema desarrollado y su capacidad para solucionar el problema planteado.

Abstract Reservation of school rooms at the University of Informatics Sciences is one of the key activities in the process of teaching and learning. These places are used for different teaching and extracurricular activities. Therefore in School 1 it is being developed, a system capable of managing these reservations, which take into account the features of the room and the activities that can be carried out in them. To develop the system for reserving the school rooms it is used the XP methodology to guide the software development process in its different phases. As a result, a computer system capable of handling the reservations of school rooms and also allows the user to consult each technological characteristics. This will prevent a single match reserves for different activities at the same time. The system was validated by applying black box testing. The result of the tests showed the proper functioning of the developed system and its ability to solve problems.
