Sistema informático para la Gestión de la Información en la Sucursal Emprestur Tecnológico Habana S.A

Abstract

La Sucursal Emprestur Tecnológico Habana S.A forma parte del Sistema Integrado de Entidades de la Empresa Emprestur S.A, perteneciente al OSDE SERVITUR. La sucursal está compuesta por las áreas productivas siguientes: Refrigeración y Clima, Fabricación, Electricidad e Integral, las cuales realizan servicios de fabricación, montaje, reparación y mantenimiento de diferentes equipos y sistemas tecnológicos para el sector del turismo en Cuba. Actualmente el control productivo en estas áreas se lleva en tablas en Excel y formato impreso, lo que dificulta el procesamiento rápido de la información, facilita la ocurrencia de errores y retraso en la prestación de los servicios. El presente trabajo describe el desarrollo de una aplicación web que mejore la disponibilidad e integridad de la información en la gestión del proceso productivo que se lleva a cabo en la sucursal Emprestur SA en la prestación de servicios tecnológicos. El sistema es soportado en la tecnología Web, con el entorno de desarrollo Visual Studio Code utilizando Yii, framework de PHP y el gestor de base de datos MySQL. El sistema brinda una interfaz amigable y sencilla al usuario permitiendo establecer los privilegios y permisos durante el acceso a este.

The Emprestur Technologic Habana S.A Branch is part of the Integrated System of Entities of the Company Emprestur S.A, belonging to the OSDE SERVITUR. The branch is made up of the following productive areas: Refrigeration and Climate, Manufacturing, Electricity and Integral, which provide anufacturing, assembly, repair and maintenance services of different equipment and technological systems for the tourism sector in Cuba. Currently, productive control in these areas is carried out in Excel tables and printed format, which makes the rapid processing of information difficult, facilitates the occurrence of errors and delays in the provision of services. This work describes the development of a web application that improves the availability and integrity of informaion in the management of the production process carried out in the Emprestur SA branch in the provision of technological services. The system is supported by Web technology, with the Visual Studio Code development environment using Yii, the PHP framework and the MySQL database manager. The system provides a friendly and simple interface to the user, allowing privileges and permissions to be established during access.
