Pruebas de valoración de la condición física en pandemia COVID- 19, para estudiantes de la Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas.

Abstract

La pandemia Covid-19 es la crisis de salud global que define nuestro tiempo y el mayor desafío que hemos enfrentado, debido a esto se analiza y aplican los elementos a tener en cuenta por un docente para establecer adecuadamente el control de sus estudiantes de forma virtual asincrónica y poder tener una información que le permita realizar un pronóstico de sus capacidades físicas durante esta etapa de aislamiento social, es por ello se elaboró una batería de test para la valoración de la condición física en pandemia Covid -19 para la Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas, para ello se determinó la necesidad de contar con una batería de test para valorar la condición física a través de una encuesta, esta propuesta sin duda será de gran utilidad una vez que los estudiantes retornen la práctica de actividades físicas y podrán valorar el efecto que tuvo durante la obligada pandemia.
