Resumen : | Software Process Improvement aims to increase the performance and usefulness of processes. Its essence lies in the application of Good Practices that contribute to the continuous improvement of processes in the development of software products and services. Several research studies agree on the need to reuse the experiences of organizations considering the critical factors that influence the success of process improvement. However, there is much dispersion regarding how to execute these Good Practices for successful process improvement. In order to support decision–making, it is essential to reuse experiences. It is pertinent to define recommendations to guide the application of Good Practices, based on the results obtained by other organizations that have previously initiated an improvement process. This research proposes an intelligent system that applies association rules and case–based reasoning to recommend actions that lead to the implementation of Good Practices in the organization. |
