Sistema informático para la Gestión de los procesos contables en Banco Metropolitano .

Abstract

Con el presente trabajo de diploma se propone la implementación del sistema informático para la gestión de los procesos contables en el Banco Metropolitano (Banmet). El cual lleva como estrategia principal lograr el correcto manejo de la informacion referente al área contable para la correcta conservación, preservación y restauración documental del archivo en el sector bancario. A lo largo del desarrollo de la aplicación web se hacen uso de herramientas y tecnologías libres, utilizando PHP v 8.2.4 como lenguaje de programación, como entorno de desarrollo integrado Visual Studio Code, Apache v 2.4.56 como servidor web, MySQL v8.2.4 como sistema de gestor de base de datos y se implementa el patrón arquitectónico Modelo Vista Controlador (MVC), a través del framework Symfony v 6.3.1. La metodología de desarrollo de software utilizada fue XP (extreme programming), la misma permitió la implementación de la solución propuesta y posteriormente la validación a través del desarrollo de un conjunto de pruebas realizadas como prueba unitaria y prueba de aceptación al sistema informático con el objetivo de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del mismo y la calidad requerida para lograr una mayor satisfacción del cliente.

With this diploma work the implementation of the computer system for the management of accounting processes at the Metropolitan Bank (Banmet) is proposed. The main strategy of which is to achieve the correct management of the information referring to the accounting area for the correct conservation, preservation and documentary restoration of the archive in the banking sector. Throughout the development of the web application, free tools and technologies are used, using PHP v8.2.4 as programming language, Visual Studio Code as an integrated development environment, Apache v2.4.56 as a web server, MySQL v8.2.4 as a database manager system and the Model View Controller (MVC)architectural pattern is implemented, through the Symfony v6.3.1 framework. The software development methodology used was XP (extreme programming), which allowed the implementation of the proposed solution and subsequently validation through the development of a set of tests the proposed solution and subsequently validation through the development of a set of tests carried out as a unit test and acceptance test of the computer system with the objective of ensuring its correct functioning and the quality required to achieve greater customer satisfaction.
